If you want to return or exchange goods purchased in our store, you can do this within 14 days from the date you received the order by sending a message on our e-mail: CUSTOMERCARE.ROARK@GMAIL.COM., or by our phone number: 8 (910) -582-23-09
Please note that you cannot return neither goods made to your specifications nor personalized goods.
All returns of goods must be sent to us in their original packaging.
Product must be returned unworn and in perfect condition, including all the labels, tags, and stickers that you have got with your order.
You can calculate independently the cost of return shipping depending on your region and the choice of courier service, which is paid by you.
For returning of goods, send them by post to the address: Moscow, Mikhailovsky proezd 1, building 1, office 7.
If your return is approved by our company, your loan will be automatically settled to your credit card or original payment method without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day your return was approved. The return is applied to payment received for the goods.
The damaged, dirty goods or goods without the original labels will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the buyer.
Before the shipment of your individual order, it is strictly tested and controlled by our team.
